This Disclaimer applies to everything published on vortextick.com and everything displayed inside the VortexTick terminal, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It exists to make one thing unmistakable: VortexTick sells software, not outcomes.
1. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing we publish — marketing copy, documentation, calculated stop and target levels, volatility statistics, session guidance flags, journal analytics, or any automated "companion" text — is investment advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, or derivative. All Platform outputs are generic computations applied to your own configuration. Decisions, and their consequences, are exclusively yours. Consult licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.
2. No Client or Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of the Platform does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or agency relationship with VortexTick Technology Inc. We are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA, or any equivalent body in any jurisdiction, and we do not act as a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or introducing broker.
3. Marketing Language
Phrases used on this site — including "discipline of a world-class quant," "institutional guardrails," "protect your evaluation accounts," and similar expressions — describe the design intent of software features. They are not representations that you will trade profitably, pass any evaluation, avoid drawdowns, or achieve any particular result. Trading losses occur with and without risk-management software.
4. Accuracy and Availability
Market data, economic calendars, countdown clocks, and analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and the Platform may be unavailable without notice. We publish content "as is" and disclaim any duty to update it. Third-party names and marks (including brokers, exchanges, and proprietary trading firms) belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of VortexTick, or by VortexTick.
5. Testimonials and Performance Figures
Any testimonial, screenshot, or performance figure shown reflects an individual result or a simulation under specific conditions, is not verified unless expressly stated, and is not representative of typical results. Refer to the CFTC Rule 4.41-style statement in our Risk Disclosure regarding hypothetical and simulated performance.

The Platform is operated from the United States. We make no representation that it is appropriate or lawful to use in any other jurisdiction; users who access it elsewhere do so on their own initiative and are responsible for local compliance.
